From a week to a day: how SuperQ hired 5 team members with AKITO

SuperQ Quantum Computing Inc. was fielding hundreds of applications for open technical roles. Using AKITO to post roles and screen for technical alignment and culture fit, the team refined AI-generated assessments in AKITO's Generative UI canvas and linked them straight into their Indeed postings. Two hiring waves from late 2025 through May 2026 produced 5 new team members, and all 5 are still with the company.
